BBC Radio Cornwall
I was approached by BBC Radio Cornwall to talk about the current Covid-19 situation, and how my Youtube channel has helped the more isolated people to experience Wildlife & Nature during this difficult time from their own home.
Engine House media approached me and asked if I would write a biography and showcase some of my Wildlife Images taken in Cornwall. Their magazine is called Drift and it’s a high end lifestyle publication with the aim of showing the best of what Cornwall has to offer, and I was delighted to accept for such an impressive magazine.
I recently travelled to the Cairngorms, Scotland with my family (wife, son, mum and two dogs so quite a packed car!) for 6 days; from here in Cornwall it’s quite the journey, all in all nearly 800 miles. In this Gallery are some of my images taken of the wonderful Wildlife Scotland has to offer.
Ministry of Defence – Sanctuary Magazine
I wrote a three page article for the Ministry of Defence Magazine on the Wildlife on an active Royal Naval Airfield in Cornwall focusing on Wildlife through the seasons.
British Photography Awards 2019 – Shortlist
I was over the moon to be shortlisted in the British Photography Awards (BPA) 2019 for my Badger Image in the category of Land Mammal.
Exmoor Magazine – Article on Horner Wood
I wrote an article for Exmoor Magazine about Pied Flycatchers & Wood Warblers in Horner Wood, Exmoor, including several images. It also includes a few pictures of my Peregrine Falcons. – May 2019
Presented a Film for BBC Winterwatch 2019
I was slightly nervous, but excited to be asked by the BBC Natural History Unit, to present a short film for BBC Winterwatch 2019 on the Wildlife on an Active and Pre-War Airfield in Cornwall. Where I received a production credit with the IMDB.
